With the recent instrumental and analytical advancement in probing atomic structures, we are able to understand nanomaterials better than ever. This has in turn allowed us to access new transition metal-based catalysts with new structures and improved efficiencies. Whilst we focus on fundamental studies of catalysts’ structure-property relationships, we are also interested in the development of new catalysts with non-native structures via electrochemistry-assisted methods.
